Welcome to Bolica. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bolica mobile application and related services. By tapping “Continue”, creating an account, or otherwise using Bolica, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Bolica. If you do not agree, do not use the app. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Bolica. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for activity that occurs through your use of Bolica on your device, including:

Features may change, be added, or be removed as the app evolves. Sample or demo content shown in the app may not represent live production data.

We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
Bolica and its branding, design, software, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of content you create, subject to the license you grant us to operate and display that content within Bolica as needed to provide the service.
Bolica may link to or integrate with third-party services such as maps providers, browsers, or sharing platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.
Bolica is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the app.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bolica and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.
Our total liability for any claim relating to Bolica will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the app or related services in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.
You may stop using Bolica at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing app data. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, providing notice in the app. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Bolica is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
